I've always wanted to see this ever since I first watched the movie "Bedknobs and Broomsticks". It's still an open air market with tons of things to buy. It's a very short walk from our Nottinghill apartment. There are tons of little shops, some are inside and some are outside. They consist of Scottish stores, antiques, paintings, stamps, kids games, etc. They have tons of coffee shops and places to have a snack and a lady was even making fresh crepes to order outside. We had a nutella and banana one. It was huge but they serve it in a napkin and it's very hard to eat. There are huge crowds there on the weekends since that's the only time the food market is open there. The crowds are huge and there are tons of people smoking. The outside food vendors sell tons of fresh fruits, fresh bread, pastries, flowers, hot boiled shrimp, etc.
Did they have any "lovely bit-o-strings?" Looks cool! I want to go now
