Normandy cooking class



























We took a cooking class while in Normandy in a town called Cherborg. On the menu: chevre croutons (what we call crostini), quail braised in calvados and a strawberry tart. It's in this woman's house, who has the most amazing kitchen. We cooked on a wood burning stove/oven and we stayed on the property in a barn that she remodeled.

  1. Um when we become filthy rich, let's by a place like this and turn it into a B&B! You can cook, I can craft, our husbands can shoot things...it will be heaven! Loves!
